Yes. The initial consultation and written estimate are completely free with no obligation. Detailed architectural drawings, if needed, are quoted separately.
We do. We prepare and submit all permit applications, schedule inspections and meet inspectors on site, so you never have to deal with the paperwork.
Typically a deposit to secure your start date and order materials, progress payments at agreed milestones, and a final payment only after you've signed off the punch list.
